Is Wall-X free?

Yes. Wall-X is free to play in your browser, and none of its 500 stages costs anything. The game is supported by ads.

Do I need to sign up?

No. You start playing the moment you open the game. Your progress is saved on your device. If you like, sign in with Google to link your progress to your account.

Can I move my progress to another device?

If you sign in with Google, yes: sign in with the same account on another device and pick up where you left off. If you play without signing in, your progress lives only in that browser; clearing your browser data may erase it.

What devices can I play on?

Any computer, phone or tablet with an up-to-date browser. Draw with your finger on a touch screen or with the mouse on a computer. On a computer you can also nudge the shot power with the arrow keys. Android and iOS apps are on the way.

Are there ads in the game?

Yes, to keep the game free. An interstitial ad may occasionally appear between stages. To get a solution hint on a stage you're stuck on, you may be asked to watch a short rewarded ad. Ads are not shown over the play area while you're drawing or shooting.

I'm stuck on a stage. What should I do?

First check the guide page for the obstacle on that stage: Wall-X guides. If you still can't get through, the in-game solution hint shows a drawing; copy it and adjust the power. There can be a short wait between two hints.

Why won't the next Level unlock?

Levels unlock with your total stars: currently 100 for Level 2, 200 for Level 3 and so on. That works out to an average of 2 stars per stage. Details: Levels and progress.

I cleared a stage but my result wasn't saved. Why?

Every winning shot is verified by replaying it on the server. If your connection dropped during the shot, the result may not have reached the server; once you're back online you may need to clear the stage again. If the problem continues, get in touch: Contact.

How are stars calculated?

By the ink you use: at most 45% of the ink limit gives 3 stars, at most 75% gives 2, more than that gives 1. Details: Stars and ink.

What languages does the game support?

English and Turkish. Switch with the button at the top of the page; your choice is remembered.

How is my personal data used?

The privacy policy covers this in detail. In short: no sign-up is needed, analytics cookies are only used if you allow them, and you can change your cookie settings at any time from the bottom of the page.
